  I used the famous painting "Girl with the Pearl Earring" because of the black background and the color palette choice for the subject had multiple different colors in it. I wanted the piece to look mosaic so I would only used 3 variations of a color to discern shadows from light, dark, light, and bright. 

  I used two stars and one circle for this project. I blended both of them together and multiplied the amount of them using copy and paste and then blended those separate shapes together. I used the revolve object option in 3D and then transformed the object by using reflect on the horizontal which created an inner tube-like shape with various size rings and then I used free distort under effects and stretched the object to create a cone or funnel shape in the middle of the shape. I used a light blue for the overall color and used black for the triangles and the outline. I used the wallpaper wireframe texture for the object.
